AI workflows & automation

Less repeated work.
More room to think.

Start with the work people already do. Map the inputs, decisions, and review points, then test a small workflow that is useful enough to earn its place.

WHAT WE CAN MAKE

A useful first version.

Small teams with recurring manual tasks, scattered information, or a process they want to understand before automating.

01

Workflow discovery & mapping

A practical review of the current process, bottlenecks, and opportunities for a focused improvement.

02

AI-assisted workflow pilots

A bounded experiment for tasks such as organizing information, drafting content, or preparing a first-pass summary with human review.

03

Small internal tools

A useful prototype for a repetitive business task, with clear inputs, outputs, and a reviewable result.

YOUR STARTING POINT

Bring the idea.
We’ll shape the brief.

Bring one repeated task, an example input, and an example of a good result. We will work out what needs judgment and what can be automated.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

  • A map of the current workflow and proposed improvement
  • A scoped pilot or small internal-tool prototype
  • Evaluation notes, usage guidance, and next-step options
What we agree before starting

Access, data handling, model costs, and integration limits are part of the brief. High-stakes decisions and sensitive workflows need their own specialist review and are not treated as ordinary automation tasks.

A POSSIBLE FIRST BRIEF

Start small.
Learn something useful.

For example: turning a recurring intake process into a structured brief, or preparing a draft report that a team member reviews before use.

Do I need to know which AI tool to use?

No. We start with the problem and choose an approach that fits the task. Sometimes a simpler tool or a clearer process is the better answer.

Can the workflow run locally?

A local or privacy-conscious approach can be explored where the use case and available tools support it. We evaluate practicality and quality rather than assuming every task can run well on a small local model.

What’s your “what if”?

A rough idea is enough. Tell me what you have in mind.
