Product strategy & delivery

A clearer brief.
A better next step.

Good direction makes the next decision easier. Understand the need, define what matters, and agree how progress will be reviewed before effort disappears into an open-ended project.

WHAT WE CAN MAKE

A useful first version.

Founders and small teams who need help defining a product, reviewing a prototype, or clarifying a business-system change.

01

Discovery & product briefs

Clarify users, needs, requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria for a focused project.

02

Prototype & usability reviews

Review a digital experience, identify practical friction, and produce a prioritized improvement list.

03

Business-system scoping

Map operational needs, reporting requirements, and handoffs before choosing a workflow or system change.

04

QA & delivery handoffs

Create clear review scenarios, capture issues, and explain what is ready and what still needs attention.

YOUR STARTING POINT

Bring the idea.
We’ll shape the brief.

Bring the idea, the current workflow, or an existing prototype. We will choose a specific decision the review should help you make.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

  • A clear brief, review, or workflow map
  • Prioritized requirements and practical next steps
  • Acceptance criteria and a concise delivery handoff
What we agree before starting

Engagements focus on independent, reviewable deliverables. Ongoing team management, specialist compliance audits, and system migrations are separate commitments rather than assumed parts of a short review.

A POSSIBLE FIRST BRIEF

Start small.
Learn something useful.

For example: defining an MVP brief, reviewing an onboarding flow, or mapping the reporting needs behind a business-system project.

Illustrative brief · not a completed client project

Can you review work that is already in progress?

Yes. We can agree a focused review of the user journey, requirements, or delivery state, then produce practical findings and next steps.

Do you work as a daily manager of our development team?

My preferred approach is ownership of a scoped deliverable with clear review points. If a project needs ongoing coordination, we should discuss that as a distinct engagement.

What’s your “what if”?
